Fitness is key!

So end of week 3 gents and what a week it has been, even with the big boss away numbers have been superb!! 67 in all!!

We played a loads of touch based games to start getting our shape back on the field but under a lot of pressure in the fitness department, something you all know I love!! Already the work rate has ramped up massively and the guys look sharper and sharper as the sessions go on! Add to this mine and Nashy's fitness I think we will again have one of the fittest sides in the league, although we need some of the lumps back for a bit of weight still, so get yourself down gents!! 

We worked on some forward set play and some backs moves led by the players which has seen some great leadership within the different levels and especially great to see Will Evans, Stephen Wood and Thommo leading from the front in the 3s and 4s and Pete, Nashy, Sean and Ollie leading 1s and 2s with some big voices keeping the lads in line such as Doddsie, Jonny Ward and Shaun Stewart always there to give feedback when needed, especially with the accuracy that is punished by fitness to keep levels up! Done off their own back as well! Also a massive thanks to the coaches through the week Andy and Coops.

Lets push it even more over the next two sessions lads and show the boss how good you are looking on his return! See you all next week and don't forget to ask anyone you know that is thinking of getting involved to get themselves down!!
