Novos will travel down to Halifax on Saturday in the RFU Intermediate Cup - a competition for clubs at level 7 in the RFU Pyramid. Novos will be hoping for a victory against their Yorkshire One counterparts in the hope of starting a cup run. Novos are no strangers to National Cup runs, indeed in the 2004-05 season Novos reached the Sixth Round (last 16) of the National Powergen Vase but unfortunately lost out at home to Leodensians 33-5.
