Over recent seasons training numbers have increased so much that they club has chosen to strengthen the clubs coaching set up. Novos have appointed Kevin Westgarth as a Forwards Coach to ensure that the club continues to take care of our players long term development.

Kevin has a lot to pass on having played at the highest level for West Hartlepool in their professional days. In addition, he brings fantastic coaching experience with roles at Doncaster and locally with Gosforth. Novos will benefit greatly from this appointment as Kevin joins the current coaching team of Magnus Leask, Gareth Bowden and Rob Vickers, with assistance provided by Graeme Cooper and Andy Holman.
