Prior to the injury Alex was a valuable member of RGS 1st XV and had been selected for various county age grade teams and a member of the Falcons Academy.

Alex will add depth to our centres and back three positions but will be gradually introduced to senior rugby.

He has joined Novos due to the link between the Royal Grammar School and Novocastrians. In recent times we have seen a number of Alex's school mates go before him in - Bruno Smith, Jonno Wilkes, Dan Whitaker to name but a few.

He has already had some fine moments in training and has enjoyed the welcoming environment provided by Novos one club, four teams culture. Alex is looking forward to getting back into rugby and believes he has come to the right club to assist him in his return.
