What an incredible season it was to be a Novos rugby player - cup success across the board, candy league win, improved facilities and a few beers along the way !

How can we repeat last season ? Easy, produce the same incredible environment that allowed every rugby player to enjoy their rugby no matter what team they played for. After that it's hard work on the training pitch !

Training throughout pre season will be at Paddy Freemans playing fields, opposite Freeman Hospital. Please be there from 1845 for a 1900 start. However, the first season is at 1815 to allow any patriotic lads to watch the football.

Come along and be a part of possibly the best amateur rugby club in the north east. We run four men's sides so there is a team for every type of rugby player. Learn more about the game of rugby, get fitter and there are always plenty of opportunities for social activities !
