Our last two training sessions beckon prior to league rugby starting for our men's sides. Get down to training on Monday and Thursday to ensure selection in the seasons first big games.

It's been an eventful pre season for Novos which has seen a couple of weddings, the odd birth of a new club member and several players depart from the first team squad. However, with change comes opportunities for others to stake their claim as well as new recruits arriving to freshen up the squad.

In training sessions and early pre season matches it has been fantastic to see the likes of Luke Foster, Alastair Burgess, Martin Fearon shine. In addition, we expect to see the debut of Paddy Sowter in the coming weeks at scrum half.

Last season was incredible for the club with league and cup success across the sides. However, this season will be a lot tougher as clubs look to knock us over and are aware of our ability. Whilst the back line looks like it will be changed significantly the pack looks like being the strongest we have put out in some time.
