The Vos are looking to continue their good start to pre season with a victory over Sunderland. Novos last played the Ashbrooke club last August in another pre season friendly game, with a Jonny Ward brace and Carl Parkinson try securing a 19-12 victory (video link from this game provided!). This paved way for a great start to the 15-16 season with the opening 6 games of the season won.

Novos will certainly be hoping for a case of deja vu again this season in an attempt to replicate 2015-16. The game will be split into three, 30 minute thirds, to test the lads' fitness levels after 6 weeks of training. The squad chosen for the game is as follows:
