**Update 19/10/18 – we received guidance from a Structural Engineer on Thursday evening, and are content the balcony and unaffected ‘shower area’ can be used as normal this weekend.
Today (19/10/18) a temporary barrier will be rigged up to prevent access to the shower area that needs remedial action.**

Not unlike our Vets team, the clubhouse has some historic dilapidation which needs immediate investigation and action.

Part of the shower area is out of bounds at least until the investigations and any urgent repairs can be completed.

We are seeking professional advice as to what we need to do next.
