Novos is part of England Rugby’s ‘Meet Your Inner Warrior’ campaign which launched in January 2017. The campaign aims to encourage more women and girls to take up contact rugby within their communities.

A call to the surface of the inner toughness that inhabits all women, the England Rugby campaign aims to stir this inner alpha spirit, the inner undiscovered rugby player within all women.

As part of the Meet Your Inner Warrior campaign, over 150 ‘Warrior Camps’ will take place in rugby clubs across the country from May 12-21, offering inviting and fun rugby taster sessions for women who want to try out the sport before joining their local club.

Novos Inner Warrior Camp is open to women and girls. It is being held on Sunday the 14th of MAy at 10am (until 12) at Kingston Park Stadium.

The Novos Warrior Camp is a commitment free taster sessions teaching participants key introductory skills and drills for rugby, with help on hand every step of the way. All people need to take part are a pair of trainers and their usual workout gear.

The upcoming set of Warrior Camps follow on from 100 sessions which took place across the country in January involving over 1,000 participants, many of whom new to rugby.
