Particular thanks to those who stepped in to look after our teams - much appreciated. Any more volunteers for future festivals or training are much appreciated!

The players put in a great performance - more than a match for every team we faced. I am sure no one was keeping score in the matches... but the boys seemed pretty certain they had won every match....!

We've done a lot of work on passing and catching, and I think (hope) that this was evident. I was also pleased that we seem to be doing well with passing backwards - very few obvious forward passes from our players.

We have some new games to introduce in the next training sessions so will keep building up the skills and (hopefully!) keep them all interested. If you noticed anything from Sunday that other teams were doing or you think we could try to improve then please let me or Mike know.

I also thought that the 'silent Sunday' idea worked well and gave the players a chance to play the game. Interested to hear any views on this...?
