Gumshields:
Remember, no gumshield, no rugby. Please make sure you have a gumshield ready for training this Sunday as you WILL NOT be allowed to play without one. Absolutely no exceptions!

Registration forms:
Click here to view and download the club registration form for the coming season. Could all parents please bring this completed form with them this Sunday. This form ensures the children are covered by club insurance, so no forms, no rugby!
More details on registration for the coming season will be given after training this Sunday.

Timings and location:
We will start PROMPTLY at 9:45am this Sunday with a briefing for parents and children, so please ensure you arrive at Novos in plenty of time. Training finishes at 11:15 and will be followed by hotdogs and weekly awards in the clubhouse and further information for the coming season, so please allow some extra time afterwards.
This season we are back training at Sutherland Park, Benton. Although the exact location on the pitches is to be determined, I hope to claim a 'permanent' spot on the back-left pitch (as viewed from the clubhouse)

Clothing and equipment:
Other than gumshields, no extra specialist equipment is required for this season (although I'm sure we'll have a number of children rocking body armour and scrum caps), but please, as ever prepare for the weather with layers in case the weather gets cold, and don't forget water bottles!
For the first couple of weeks, the children will be spending a fair bit of time on their knees and on the floor, so joggers/tracksuit bottoms instead of, or on top of their shorts are recommended.

New players:
We're expecting some new players to be joining us on Sunday, and as ever, welcome any new players who wish to join our brilliant team.
If you know anyone who wants to get involved, this weekend is a great time to start. Simply ask them to come along (armed with forms and a gumshield of course!), or if they want a chat beforehand, ask them to ring Paul on 07876 547666.
