A bad day at the office saw the first team lose to a very handy Bishop Auckland outfit.
A try for Luke Mitchell and a penalty and conversion for Saul Shanahan was not enough as the 1st team were well beaten by a motivated and well drilled Bishop Auckland side.
Novos will hope this is just the wake up call they need for fixtures up and coming this season.
Certainly plenty of food for thought!
