Game started with some dominating physical defence from Novos resulting in Novos pushing back Wallsend and ending up in an attacking position

Novos crossed the line after a minute but the ball was just held up.

1st scrum of the game went to Wallsend, Wallsend came away with ball though Novos physically dominated the scrum.

6' Try Wallsend after some penalties at the breakdown (7-0)

12' Try Novos after another dominate scrum and a trademark out the back pass from Selkirk. Zab with the try (7-7)

21' Try scored by Lex after a perfectly weighted box kick over the defence by Selkirk (12-7)

More attacking pressure from Novos and with a brilliant placed kick pinned Wallsend back in

their own 22 with a defending line out.

33' Try Novos ( Ross) attacking 5m line out and some rapid hands in the backs after a well executed lineout and powerful driving maul by the forward pack resulted in a big overlap for Ross to stroll over the line for the score (17-7)

40' Try Wallsend (17-14)

1st 10 mins of 2nd half was back and forwards between attacks with no real chances for either side but some legendary tackles and discipline from the Vos defence made sure of it.

The dominant display by the Vos forward pack continued throughout the half winning collision after collision and beasting every scrum.

61' Try Novos after some quick hands through the backs spreading the ball out wide and some pirouettes to avoid an oncoming defence meant is was left for Teeside to go over for the score (24-14)

63' Try Wallsend (24-19)

70' Try Novos after some more lightening fast hands out wide showing some great heads up rugby allowed Will to cross over in the corner (31-19)

79' More flowing hands between novos back resulted in Jack going over under the posts (38-19)
