Novos managed to blow away some post Christmas cobwebs with a convincing win against Camp Hill but need to turn up focused and determined for what is sure to be a close game.

Looking on paper Novos appear favourites for this game; Eccles are sitting two places below us in the table and have only won three games in the league so far. They go into this game with three straight loses behind them compared to Novos two convincing wins.

However, Eccles are a bit of a nemesis for Novos. The away fixture was won by one point in a tight, nerve racking game that ended with a 20+ man maul. Last season Eccles won two of the three fixtures, including the second round cup fixture that knocked Novos out of the competition.
