The girls had a fantastic training session delivered by CRCs Scott Powell and Janey Eccles, with help from Falcons community rugby coach Dan and Novos own Amelia Neagle. Falcon Sinoti Sinoti even came to join in the session despite playing the day before (he was a bit stiff, i'm sure the run around helped loosen off!).

Meanwhile the parents had an informative talk with Pete Taylor from the RFU and Tamara Taylor, England player and World Cup winner. Afterwards the girls got to have photos with the womens' world cup and chat to the coaches and players while enjoying a BBQ in the sunshine.
