Still loads happening at the end of week 5 of pre season including tonights final session of the week - loads of small sided touch games, some contact technique and then a bit of unit work.

Saturday sees the teams arrive at 1200 for the final matches of Novos Summer Touch. Can the pink side hold onto their slender lead going into the final day ?

From 1400 those not involved can get into some summer sport - softball and/or danish rounders on offer to get some exercise and earn your pint.

Then at about 1600 bbq will be available with cold beers to quench the thirst you have hopefully worked up.

If you haven't been down to pre season yet, please do. Loads of fun being hand, some serious graft going in and next week we start looking at additions to the playbook. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the club with a 1845 meet time - players of all levels welcome.

15th August - conditioned training at Novos with Nth Shields
17th August - 2's and 3's vs DMP Elizabethans
24th August - 1's and 2's at Gateshead
31st August - 1's and 2's vs Concept
