We couldn’t have asked for much more could we? Apex did a brilliant job getting the bar very close to finished and ready for us to open up for the second test, and the Lions managed to pull out a famous victory.

It was great to see those that came down to experience the new bar for the first time and we were very happy to hear the great feedback. Just wait until all the small finishing touches are done.

We will be open again on Saturday for the third and final test match. Can the Lions complete the whitewash for the first time since Argentina in 1924? Come on down to the club and find out as well as checking out the changes that have been made.

As we move into the new season we will be announcing our new hospitality manager, who will be taking over bar duties, however we will still be looking for volunteers to regularly help behind the bar. Watch this space for more news on that.
