The ladies section have had a great pre season so far with 47 different players attending training during August so far, including lots of new players to the club as well as to the sport. Many of the new faces have been returning regularly, with 12 players competing for top trainer in August. It's great to see that off season recruiting and publicity has paid off with so many new faces!

The ladies have been working on their fitness, skills and team plays under the watchful eyes of new coaches Calum Harris and Fran Entressengle. They've even volunteered for extra fitness on Tuesday nights along the road at The Fitness Rooms. Last week saw some of our new recruits taking to the field for the first time with a training game of 7s/10s. It was good exposure for their first game of contact rugby.

This Saturday sees our first competitive match of the season against DMP (12pm KO) where we hope to put all the hard work of pre season into practise, before league games start. Supporters are, as always, more than welcome!
