January sees us swap our sessions with Tuesday's at Dame Allan's Schoo till the end of the month. 1830 for analysis in the pavilion before heading over to the sports hall for 1900-2000. Thursday's sessions are back at the club so we can catch up with Vets Touch Rugby in the bar afterwards.

A lot in store for Novocastrians despite the weather denying us our first new year fixture. However, the boys are looking forward to getting back to work with everything to play for. Can we hang on to first position in the league during matches vs Bishop Auckland , Darlington and Durham Uni. Then it is onto the national cup match vs Stockton. Not to forget we still in the county cup vs Medicals at some stage.

So the new year requires a new focus - so please get to training on time this week, mind set to work hard and improve as a player no matter what Vos team you play in. Intentions are to try and find a friendly game for our 2's this week whilst the first team travel to Bishop Auckland and the three's host Newcastle Ravens.
