Real club spirit showing after a side pulled out of the Ponteland 10s on Wednesday. Boys from all three of our sides will run out on Saturday 3rd June.

Rhys Spowart, Alex Cokeley, Vuyo Nossa-Yabantu, Charlie Smith, Luke Foster, Sully Ismail, Ben Jubb, Louis Matthews, Brandon Gilbert, Ross Cleminson, Ethan Longhurst, Alfie Bowman, Adam Longstaff, David Thompson and Greg Wills have answered the call.

It has been great to see the lads stick together after the season ending cup loss to Rockcliff at the end of April.

We have been along to Morpeth 7's and Percy Park 7's - in both tournaments getting out of our group before being knocked out in the semi finals on each occasion.

The boys have continued to socialise with Thursday club continuing despite training not occurring at the moment. Wouldn't recommend drinking on a school night although you could find me in De Niros (S.Shields) on a Thursday after training back in 1998 !

Pre season info will be out shortly but first we have this tens event on Saturday before heading to Billingham RugbyFest on the 17th June. Really appreciate Billingham making room for us after we didn't make the cut at Tynedale who preferred overseas entries to a local club who has supported local events year upon year - still bitter !

So get along to Ponteland tomorrow if you can to watch 1330 onwards.
