Novos Represent at County U18's

Emily Robson and Olivia Stead played their first County game on Sunday, playing against a strong Lancashire opposition.

The County program is meant to be coming to an end but due to the weather and other rearrangements, the first fixture was only held this weekend.

The girls played tremendously well along with the other 14 players that turned up. Training has been difficult with only 6 to 8 turning up but the girls played with incredible heart and determination to keep going in tough, bitterly cold conditions.

Well done girls! I'm sure this experience despite a chilly one has given you a thirst for more competitive rugby. The remaining fixtures will be played next year along side the u15's program.
