For those unaware training continues to run at Novos as we try to do everything we can to ensure that our members can exercise, socialise and play some format of the game.

Yes, it is different - online symptom checker, hand sanitiser everywhere, rugby balls cleaned every 15 mins, bubbles of 20. However, the enjoyment levels are the same - sessions tend to be a brief game based warm up followed by 4 x 15 mins of touch based rugby. On occasions we learn something new or tinker with last years playing structures.

Monday - 1900 - are whole club sessions for any male player over 17 years of age
Thursday - 1900 - for wider first team squad members are we have limited amount of space on a Thursday. However, do get in touch if you want to attend as we sometimes have space for a few extra players.
Saturday - usually mixed touch at 1430 however this week it is at 1300.

We have had 140 different players attend sessions since we started in the first week of July. Incredible given that there is no competitive fixtures on the horizon. However, members are showing that our club will continue to thrive no matter what adversity we face.
