Novocastrians Ladies have 2 open age teams, with our 1XV currently playing in Championship 1 North and our 2XV playing in NC1 North. We are always happy to welcome new players and invite players with previous experience who are new to the area or looking for a new challenge, or anyone who wants to try a new sport in 2024.

Whether you are looking to play at the highest level of rugby in the North East, or looking for social rugby in a fun/friendly atmosphere, there is something for everyone of all ages.

Our Women's teams train on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7.00pm - 8:30pm and are coached by Level 3 and Level 2 coaches with a wealth of experience, and access to Physio/Strength & Conditioning Coaches.
