Rachel Frost "Frosty"

Novocastrians are saddened to hear of the passing of former player Rachel Frost "Frosty" who was with the club from 2017 to 2021. Frosty was a force of nature who never took herself too seriously on or off the pitch. She’d never tell you she had a good game, even when she’d get forward of the match after making tackle after tackle. As a mark of respect, the ladies will be holding a minutes applause before the 2nd XV match against Carlisle this Sunday and also before the 1st XV match at home against West Park Leeds on the 18th of November. Rachel's funeral will be held at Stockton Crematorium, Roseworth on the 21st November at 10am. Her father has asked if any of her rugby friends could wear a rugby top when attending the funeral.
