All welcome to head along to Paddy Freeman's Playing Fields on Tuesday 5th and Thursday 7th @ 1900. Meet near the basketball court.
Two nights of touch rugby is a great way to get back into rugby with colts, competitive adult players, social players and vets all welcome to attend. The women will be training alongside us to create a real club feel on the night with the vets running a separate session on Thursday at 1930.
A lot to look forward to with this weeks sessions leading into some social 7's at Nth Shields on Saturday1300-1700.
Shaun Stewart will lead a balanced squad of forwards who were delighted to hear there maybe smaller pitches ! Alex Cleminson, Oli Taylor, Luke Foster, Marcus Hunton, Tom Taylor, Alex Histed, Carl Ferguson (club debut) with the following backs - Tom Brown, Alex Douglas,, Ed Thompson, Alistair Wilks and David Bowman.
So make a day of it - watch the All Blacks vs Ireland then England vs Aussie before heading down to watch the 7's. What a Saturday.
First however - see you at Paddy Freeman's Playing Fields tomorrow at 1900 to meet new forward coach Darren Kelly and our new captain George Bambrick.
